Mughlai platter

             

Apu's kitchen a fast food center located near kalimandir at Phoolbagan. They serve varieties of North-Indian and Chinese cuisine. I have ordered Special Biryani which includes 1 piece of Mutton,1 piece of chicken, 1 piece boiled egg,1 piece of potato and khuska(Biryani rice) and I have ordered masala kulcha which is Indian flat bread stuffed with mashed potatoes mixed with Indian spices and Chicken rezala which is sweet and creamy in flavour basically it's a white gravy.
I got it delivered at my home and did the plating on a earthen plate.
